Shipping Policy
Processing
We ship all orders from Ontario, Canada. Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method. A confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number for your order.

Available shipping options and flat rates are shown at checkout. Costs may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Shipping is available to the provinces of Canada.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your address.
Orders shipped to PO Boxes may require additional delivery time.
International delivery times vary by country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Responsibility for Packages in Transit
We carefully package and ship all orders, but once a package has been handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. We are happy to assist you with filing a claim if needed.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate.
Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any additional costs resulting from address changes after shipment are the customer’s responsibility.

Return & Cancellation Policy
As trading card game products are collectibles, we cannot offer returns once a purchase is completed. Should your shipment arrive damaged or not as described, reach out to us immediately and we’ll take care of it. curtis@capscollectibles.ca
Cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment but will incur a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund to cover the non-refundable payment processing charges incurred at the time of purchase.
